Terms of Service

1. About sogrow

sogrow is operated by Social Growth LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our workspace for organizing social content, sources, calendars and brand settings. By using sogrow, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Only access accounts and workspaces you are authorized to use. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf.

3. Current features and previews

Account access, workspace storage and brand settings are available. X account authorization and immediate text publishing are available after configuration. Other social connections, scheduled publishing automations and performance analytics may appear as previews or demonstrations. A preview does not connect a real account, publish a post or provide measured results. We will identify newly available integrations in the product.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the material you provide. You grant Social Growth LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process and display that material as needed to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload logos, text and other materials. Adding an external website or channel as inspiration does not grant permission to reproduce its content.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, spam, impersonation, infringement, or attempts to disrupt the service. Do not upload sensitive personal information about others unless you have an appropriate basis and the service is suitable for that purpose.

6. Future social integrations

When direct integrations become available, connecting an account will require authorization with the relevant platform. You will remain responsible for your content, publishing choices and compliance with platform rules. Platform outages, limits or permission changes may affect availability. No particular reach, engagement or growth result is promised.

7. Fees and changes

Creating an account does not itself authorize a charge. Any paid offering will disclose its price, billing terms and applicable cancellation rights before purchase. You must expressly authorize a paid purchase before charges apply.

8. Availability and responsibility

The product is under development and features may change or be interrupted. Keep your own copies of important content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

9. Closing an account

You may stop using the service at any time. Signing out does not close your account or delete saved information. Social Growth LLC may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, unlawful activity or security risks, subject to applicable law.

10. Privacy and updates

See the Privacy Policy for information about how the service handles personal data. We may update these terms as the service changes and will provide notice of material changes where required by law. The date above identifies the current version. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
